The Saint Benedict After-School Enrichment (ASE) Program is committed to providing for your child’s academic, moral, and physical development after the school day is over. Our staff continue the “enrichment” for your child through fun arts & crafts, games, and sports, and instruction about the essential life skills of charity, respect, and cooperation.
The Saint Benedict ASE program is liscensed by the Commonwealth of Virginia’s Department of Seocial Services. Our program is staffed by experienced teachers and held in the newly renovated Saint Anselm Hall. The on-site location is convenient for families and provides the comfort of familiar faces and surroundings.
Our day begins with a healthy snack and announcements and is followed by an organized recess where our staff members interact in out-door and/or indoor activities with your child. After recess students are given a quiet study-hall where tutoring and homework help is available.
ASE is available to any member of the Saint Benedict School and Parish who are between the ages of 5 and 14. We are open school days from dismissal (usually 3:00) until 6:00 pm and follow the school calendar.
After School Registration
This year we will use a payment system for full-time ASE families similar
to tuition payments. You will have the option of paying the entire amount for the year when you enroll in ASE or you can spread it out with your tuition payments over the course of the school year.
Drop-in families will follow the same payment process as in previous years.
The information below is from last year, but it will give you an idea of this years procedures and fees.
