We will begin exploring the story of Abraham and the covenant that God makes with him. This story is very lengthy and we will not be able to read every part of it, so I have selected a few excerpts from Scripture to read. Please read these tonight and come to class prepared to discuss them tomorrow. Pay attention to the main themes and points as well as parts that you have questions about or are unclear to you.
