Monday: Complete Ch.4 Discussion on Salvation History with Short review for Wednesday’s Ch. 4 Quiz.  HW: Read Ch.5 for class

 

Tuesday: Begin Chapter 5 discussion on Moses emphasizing the meaning of “Prefigurement.”  Also, reviewing for Ch. 4 Quiz.

 

Wednesday: Chapter 4 Quiz.  Continue Ch.5

 

Thursday: Discussion on the origin of Halloween and the parallels between the Paschal Mystery and the Passover.

 7th Grade Latin: Monday:

Vocabulary quiz.  Introduction to the 3rd Declension (p.35 Henle)  Hw. Ex. 34 (1-12)

 Wednesday:

Introduction to the rule on Appositives (Hw p. 40 Ex. 36 1-8)

 Friday: 

Introduction to the Expletive “There”  (Hw p. 43 Ex. 41)

 8th Grade Latin: Tuesday: Review of 5th Declension (Hw. p. 63 Ex. 72 1-7)  Wednesday: Nouns with special meaning p. 64 (Hw p. 66 ex. 76 all) Thursday: Latin Project “Life and Death of Julius Caesar” (Open Book Quiz Ex. 83 1-36) Exploratory Latin: Quiz on lessons 1-5
