Welcome back everyone. I hope your Valentine's Day was extra special.Thank you for all my special treats. I feel very special and full of chocolate!!!

Spelling Words: away, bake, cake, chain, day, face, make, place, plain, and shake

Continue to practice reading any Theme 5 and Sight Words that you need to. We are listening to the children read the Sight Word list and will be sending the sheets home as we listen to them read.

There will not have Reading Counts this week. We will have a new Student of the Week next week!

Charlie's mom, Mrs. Williamson, has expressed interest in getting the children together for a playgroup time any time over the future weekends. You may call her if you are interested in getting together at a park, playground, museum, etc.

Thanks for the jars you sent in! I hope you enjoyed your valentine gifts from the children!

Thank you volunteers for helping out with our party! We had so much fun!!!

Our next mission is to decide as a class what auction item we want to create. In the past, our class has decorated a garden bench, an apron, ceramic plate, a desk, etc. If you have any ideas, send them my way or let Mrs. Southward know. We need to make a decision by Febraury 22. Thanks.
