Spelling Words: sand, find, kind, sing, string, pink, sink, sing, ant, and plant

These words have ending blends: nd, ng, nk, and nt. To help with spelling, use magnetic letters to spell the words on the refrigerator. You may be able to find some at the dollar store. Review how the order of the letters are alike and different. Look for words inside of other words. Ex. and is inside of sand. ink is inside of pink. ant is inside of plant. Review how sing and string are alike and different. I hope these suggestions help.

1. Write each spelling word neatly two times in your notebook. Highlight the ending blend.
