Our letter is Gg (Gertie Goat).Our sight word is “go”. We are also working on number words.
We are sounding out short a words. This week we will focus on
"-ap" words (cap, gap, lap, map, sap, tap).
We are reading stories and learning about numbers.We are learning about symmetry, equal parts, and halves.
We are talking about the Baptism of Jesus and about Mass.
We are planning a field trip to the Virginia Center for Architecture on Tuesday, Feb. 9. This will be a walking field trip but we still need 2 chaperones. If you are interested please contact me.
