Title I News

Book journals:

Book journals may be turned in on Monday, November 30th.  Title I folders will go home the first week of December.

TITLE I NEWS!

Mark your calendars!  On Friday I sent home an invitation to the parent workshop and "Science Extravaganza" workshop at All Saints School on November 17th.  Let me know if you did not receive your invitation.  A pizza dinner will be provided and each family will be given a book to take home and enjoy reading together.

Time:  5:45 to 7:30 pm

Title I News

Welcome back!  I know many are wondering, where is Title I going to meet?  Once the construction is done, we will meet in the basement in the new meeting space.  I will have a closet in there where I can store my materials.  Starting next week, I will beging assessments and PALS testing.  Hopefully, we will be in our "new" space soon!  The construction crew is working hard!  Don't forget if you wrote in your journals in the summer to let me you know.  Just send me an e-mail or bring your journal to school and ask your teacher to pass it on to me.  I hav

End of the Year Information

Writing Journals:  I will be sending your child's journal home at the end of the year.  I encourage you to have your child write in it over the summer.  At the beginning of next year let me know that your child wrote in their  journal and and I will be sure he/she gets a little prize from me.  All are eligible even if he/she is not in Title I next year.

Activities:  I have also enclosed some activities to keep skills sharp during the summer month.

Title I News

On Friday, March 13th I will be sending home 2 things.  One is an invitation to the Parent Workshop at Good Shepherd School on March 24th and the other is about Parent Involvement Months.  Please feel free to respond by e-mail to either one.  Sometimes I don't always get your forms back.  They tend to get lost in backpacks and folders.

Title I Parent Workshop

The next Title I parent workshop will be held on March 24th at Good Shepherd School on Forest Avenue.  More information will be coming at the beginning of March.

Title I Parent/Teacher Conferences

I am in the process of scheduling conferences with parents I have not met with yet this year.  A letter went home to all parents last week.  Please feel free to contact me if you did not receive a letter and would like to schedule a conference. My goal is to meet with all parents by the end of February.

Important Information!

December book journals can now be turned in!  Title I folders will be coming home this week.  I am missing about 6 of them.  Please check your child's backpack and at home.  I will also have them check their desks.

Starting next week, January 12th I will begin mid-year assessments.  Title I progress reports will go home the last week in January.
