*The Catholic Tuition Discount is only offered to actively practicing Roman Catholic families. The discount is funded by Catholic families for Catholic families, through the shared generosity of our parish and other Catholic parishes that are part of the Diocese of Richmond. 

To be eligible to receive the Catholic Tuition Discount, your family must be:

• A registered and active member of a local Catholic parish in the Diocese of Richmond.
• Students must be baptized and regularly attend Mass on Sundays and Holy Days of Obligation.
• If offered an admissions contract, the family will receive a Catholic Verification form for their pastor to sign, verifying the above, in order to receive the Catholic Tuition Discount. This form must be signed annually by the Pastor in order to maintain the tuition discount. If you have recently moved to the area and do not currently have a parish home, we encourage you to reach out to your local Catholic parish.

FEES

Application Fee: $55 application fee (non-refundable). This one-time fee is paid when submitting an application for enrollment.

Registration Fee: $250/student.  This one-time fee is paid by all new students. This fee is due with the completed contract and is non-refundable.

Student Fee:  $180/student.  Student fees help cover the costs of annual Diocesan fees and student insurance, textbooks and consumables, technology, PTO activities and our Feed the Homeless Program. This annual fee is billed February 1st to current families. For new students, this fee is also due with the completed contract and is non-refundable.

Uniforms: Uniforms can be purchased through Flynn & O’Hara. They can be contacted  either online at www.flynnohara.com or by visiting their Richmond store in the Stein Mart  Shopping Center at 9722 Midlothian Turnpike, Richmond, VA 23235. There are also used  uniforms available for purchase throughout the school year. Items are $2/each. The PTO  holds 3 -4 used uniform sales throughout the year, but we encourage all new students to purchase at least 2 complete uniforms to begin the year as items in our used uniform sale vary greatly in availability.

* El Descuento de Matrícula Católica se ofrece únicamente a las familias católicas romanas que practican activamente su fe. Este descuento es financiado por familias católicas para familias católicas, gracias a la generosidad compartida de nuestra parroquia y de otras parroquias católicas que forman parte de la Diócesis de Richmond.

Para ser elegible y recibir el Descuento de Matrícula Católica, su familia debe:

• Estar registrada y ser miembro activo de una parroquia católica local dentro de la Diócesis de Richmond.
• Los estudiantes deben estar bautizados y asistir regularmente a misa los domingos y en los días de precepto.
• Si se le ofrece un contrato de admisión, la familia recibirá un formulario de Verificación Católica que deberá ser firmado por su párroco, confirmando lo anterior, para poder recibir el descuento. Este formulario debe ser firmado anualmente por el párroco para mantener el descuento de matrícula. Si usted se ha mudado recientemente al área y aún no pertenece a una parroquia, le recomendamos comunicarse con su parroquia católica local.

CUOTAS

Cuota de solicitud: $55 (no reembolsable). Esta tarifa única se paga al enviar la solicitud de inscripción.

Cuota de inscripción: $250 por estudiante. Esta tarifa única la pagan todos los estudiantes nuevos. Se debe pagar junto con el contrato completo y no es reembolsable.

Cuota estudiantil: $180 por estudiante. Estas tarifas ayudan a cubrir los costos anuales diocesanos y del seguro estudiantil, libros de texto y materiales consumibles, tecnología, actividades del PTO y nuestro programa “Feed the Homeless”. Esta tarifa anual se factura el 1 de febrero a las familias actuales. Para los estudiantes nuevos, también se debe pagar junto con el contrato completo y no es reembolsable.

Uniformes: Los uniformes pueden comprarse a través de Flynn & O’Hara. También hay uniformes usados disponibles para la compra durante todo el año escolar. Cada artículo cuesta $2. El PTO organiza de 3 a 4 ventas de uniformes usados al año, pero recomendamos que todos los estudiantes nuevos compren al menos 2 uniformes completos para comenzar el año, ya que la disponibilidad de artículos en las ventas de uniformes usados varía considerablemente.
